Directions

For perfectly cooked pasta, bring 5-6 quarts of salted water to a full boil. Cook, uncovered, until the pasta is cooked through but not overdone. Drain immediately and toss the pasta with your favorite sauce. Mangia bene! Cooking time: 8 to 9 minutes.
