Cooking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spread 1 cup of sauce in bottom of a 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Lay 3-4 dry lasagna sheets over sauce with a small space between sheets (they expand while cooking). 2. Top lasagna sheets with ricotta or cheese of your choice and then another layer of sauce. Layer until all sheets are used and top is covered with sauce. 3. Cover with tin foil and bake for 35 minutes. 4. Uncover, sprinkle with shredded cheese and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
