Keep frozen. Heating instructions: (microwaving not recommended). Frozen calamari: Preheat conventional oven to 425 degrees. Place on baking tray and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown. For best results turn calamari over halfway through cooking time and sprinkle with salt after cooking. Serving suggestions: Serving size 3 oz of calamari with a spicy marinara. Spicy marinara recipe: 4 oz marinara with 1 teaspoon of crushed red pepper for the entire package. Main or side dish: Calamari can be served with a salad or pasta.
