Must cook thoroughly. See cook instructions. Cooking Directions: For food safety and quality, follow the directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Adjust cook times and heat settings as needed. Refrigerate leftovers. Stove Top (Recommended): Preheat 2 tbsp olive oil in a medium non-stick skillet on medium-high heat. Pour entire contents of bag into the skillet, cover. Cook for 8-1/2 - 9-1/2 minutes or until vegetables are thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally. Microwave: Place unopened bag, standing up, on microwaveable dinner plate. Microwave on High 5-6 minutes* or until thoroughly cooked. Let stand 1 minute in microwave. Carefully remove plate and bag. Caution: Bag will be hot; avoid steam when opening. Tear bag at notch.
