Cooking Directions: For each package of Springfield Brand Pasta use 5-6 quarts of water. Wait until water starts boiling, add 2 teaspoons of salt, add pasta and stir very gently once and let pasta cook for approx. 8 minutes for Al Dente (firm to the bite) taste. If you prefer a softer texture, after 8 minutes taste one strand and then decide if pasta is cooked to your liking - Never Overcook - do not leave unattended. Strain in colander and serve with your preferred sauce. Garnish with grated Romano or Parmesan Cheese.
