No milk needed. Just add water. How to prepare: For one serving, mix one level scoop with 8 oz (1 cup) of water. Stir well & enjoy! Or customize it. Snickerdoodle smoothie. Ingredients: 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk. 1 scoop Atkins® vanilla protein powder. 1 tsp cinnamon. 1/2 cup ice. Directions: Blend all ingredients except ice until very smooth.
