Hoppy-citrus aroma, snappy finish, medium-bodied, burnished-golden ale. Like the iconic, white-tailed buck (odocoileus virginianus) that inspired its name, this is a prime example of a medium bodied Virginian IPA (fermentum virginianus), which has been refined to perfection over the years at our base camp in Nelson County, VA. A cornucopia of hop varieties imparts a citrusy floral aroma and a crisp bitterness. Concocted from pilsen and a dash of caramel malts. This burnished-gold ale has a touch of malty sweetness for balance, which makes it easy to enjoy all night long. Beer from the Virginia heartland. Vienna lager: Our Vienna is medium bodied, chestnut-colored lager with a malty aroma. Its subtle, toasty sweetness is derived from a multi-stage mash and pinch of noble hops makes for a clean finish.
