Product Details
Hope Estate is the Hunter Valley's premier destination, home to spectacular concerts, award winning craft beers and fine dining. At the heart of it all however are some of Hunter's finest wines, everyone 100% grown on the Hope family's estates. Shiraz: The Ripper vineyard is located in the Geographe region of Australia's west coast and the rolling hillside to be occupied by apple orchards. While the days are warm and sunny, the cooler nights, combined with consistent sea breezes, provide an ideal growing environment to ripe evenly with a concentration of flavor. Once harvested the fruit is crushed and then transported by truck across the outback to our east coast winery, where they are fermented and bottled. The must is chilled by this time day road trip and arrives with amazing color and tannin extraction from its time in transit. This long cold local while travelling across the country ensures huge berry fruit, spicy nutmeg, mocha characters and a palate full of flavor. That's why we call it The Ripper, an Australian term for great! hopeestate.com.au. 14.5% alc. by vol. 29 Estate produced and bottled by Hope Estate.Nutrition Facts
