White alsace wine. The Grand Cru Schlossberg is one of Alsace's most reputed Grand Cru the Trimbach family purchased 1,6 HA in 2012 and produced the first vintage in 2014. Located in Kientzheim, the soil is granitic and shows little terraces of 2 or 3 rows facing south and planted horizontally.
