Pumpkin Spice Cookies: You Will Need: 1 (14 oz.) box great value pumpkin spice cookie mix; 1 great value egg; 1/2 cup (1 stick) great value sweet cream unsalted butter, softened. Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; 2. Combine cookie mix, egg and butter in a medium bowl. Mix with spoon or spatula until dough forms; 3. Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough and place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart and gently flatten dough as desired; 4. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool before serving.
