Directions
1. Place 2-3 cubes in center of charcoal grate. 2. Pile briquettes in a pyramid fashion, on top of lighter cubes, with corner of cubes showing. 3. Ignite cubes, leaving grill lid off. 4. Let charcoal burn 25-30 minutes, until ashed over before cooking.
