Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Place burger on a lined or non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 8-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Grill: Preheat cleaned, oiled grill to medium heat. Cook for 8-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Pan Sear: Preheat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Cook for 3-6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
