Cooking instructions: take product out of tray prior to cooking. Tray is not microwave, grill or oven safe. Can be cooked from frozen, the shellfish does not have to be thawed. Refer to instructions on the grill bag. Grill: preheat a well-oiled clean grill to medium heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Oven: preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place grill bag on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Keep frozen.
