Directions

Cooking instructions: Remove product from package prior to cooking. Thaw under refrigeration overnight. Grill: Preheat cleaned, oiled grill to medium high heat. Place salmon and plank on grill. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Either place salmon and plank in a shallow dish and pour a little water or white wine to enhance the flavors or place directly on the oven rack in oven. Cook for 12-15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Keep frozen.
