Keep frozen. Defrosting & preparation: Overnight - place on leakproof dish and thaw in refrigerator. Remove overwrap and drain liquid; pat dry. Remove lid from sauce, stir and serve. Quick method: remove overwrap. Do not remove lid from sauce. Place platter under cold running water for 10-15 minutes or until thawed. Drain liquid; pat dry. Remove lid from sauce, stir and serve. Safe handling: do not refreeze defrosted shrimp or sauce. Store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
