Directions

Cooking Directions: Stove Top: Step 1- In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of Krasdale Jasmine rice with 2 cups of water. Step 2- Bring contents to a boil on medium-high heat uncovered. Step 3-Reduce heat, cover, and let simmer for 18-20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Step 4- Remove from heat and let stand covered for 10 minutes before serving. Rice Cooker: Use the same water-rice ratios as for the stove top instructions. Microwave (Cook times may vary due to differences in microwaves) Step 1- In a 2 quart microwave safe dish, combine 1 cup of Krasdale jasmine rice with 2 cups of water. Step 2- Cover and microwave on high 5 minutes. Step 3 - Without removing cover, cook for an additional 15 minutes at half-power. Step 4- Remove from microwave and let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.
