Ingredients needed: 3 1/2 of cups water. Cooking directions: 1. In a medium saucepan combine the water and the soup mix. Stir thoroughly. 2. Bring to a boil over high heat for 1 minute. Stir occasionally. 3. Reduce heat to simmer for 5-7 minutes, or until desired consistency is reached, stir frequently. 4. If the soup becomes too thick, add 1/4 cup of water at a time and stir. Microwave directions: 1. Place the soup mix in a 2 quart microwave safe casserole, add the water and mix thoroughly. 2. Cook on high power for 12 minutes* or until desired consistency is reached. Stir every 2 minutes during cooking. *Cooking times may vary for individual microwave ovens.
