Usage Instructions: Mix 1/4 teaspoon salt with 8 oz. luke-warm (not hot ) tap water, which has been previously boiled ( then cooled), or distilled water in your nasal cleansing pot. Follow the instructions for use of the nasal cleansing product you own. Measuring spoon included for your convenience. Be sure to close jar to prevent moisture affecting the salt.
