Directions: Turkey Stock: Combine Turkey Flavor Base with boiling water for a rich instant turkey broth or stock. Use 1 teaspoon Turkey Flavor Base for each 8 fluid ounces of water. 4 1/2 teaspoons makes 1 quart, 4 ounces of Turkey Flavor Base makes 5 quarts, and this entire container (1 lb) of Turkey Flavor Base makes 5 gallons of broth or stock. Turkey Dishes: Use Turkey Flavor Base to add a distinctive hearty flavor to turkey pie, fricassee, dressing, and croquettes. For turkey rich in flavor, stew in a stock made from this base, and add to greens for a world class salad. Gravies: Turkey Flavor Base is invaluable for making seasonings or increasing gravy volume. For gravy preparation without meat drippings or stock, simply prepare a rich broth and thicken as desired. Where a small amount of drippings or stock are available, boost the flavor by adding base to taste. A small amount added to complete gravies enhances flavor and adds richness. Other Soups: Add in small amounts of Turkey Flavored Base to vegetable, pea, bean, and all other soups and chowders to give added richness and boost their flavor. Recommended Storage: Before opening store in a cool dry place, once opened, reseal after use and store in a cool dry place.
