Directions: Perfect for fish, shrimp. Fried oysters, scallops or other seafood favorites fish fillets or cleaned whole fish with head & tails removed. For wet batter: step 1: clean/prepare fish by washing with cold water. Step 2: mix contents of package with 1-1/4 cup of water. Beat well with fork until thickened. Step 3: coat fish with batter. Step 4: pan fry or deep fry at (375 degrees) until golden brown & thoroughly cooked. For dry batter: Step 1: add contents of package to shallow bowl or plastic bag. Step 2: dip fish or shrimp in egg or water, then into dry mix and coat well. Step 3: pan fry over medium high heat (375 degrees) until thoroughly cooked. When using shrimp: Clean and devein shrimp (use medium to large shrimp). Follow above directions. Cooking shrimp in hot oil until thoroughly cooked (golden brown and crispy).
