Directions

Cooking directions: See perfect pasta guide for quantities and cook times. Boil water*. To add flavor and reduce stickiness, add salt to taste (optional). Add pasta to boiling water. Return to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook uncovered for 9 - 11 minutes or until desired tenderness. Immediately drain in colander and rinse briefly with warm water*. Drain well and use as desired. *To ensure good taste and texture, be sure to use enough water when boiling and to rinse after draining. Perfect pasta guide: Servings - pasta - water - salt. 2 - 1/3 box - 2 quarts - 1 tsp. 3 - 1/2 box - 4 quarts - 2 tsp. 6 - full box - 6 quarts - 1 tbsp. Al dente 9 min. Firm - 10 min. Tender 11 min. Maintaining perfect pasta. To keep cooked pasta fresh for later use, toss with a small amount of olive oil or sauce, and refrigerate.
