Directions

Keep frozen. Needs to be fully cooked. Do not refreeze if thawed. Remove all packaging. Thaw in refrigerator 8 - 10 hours, keep fish covered with plastic wrap to prevent dehydration. Bake: heat oven to 350 degrees F. Place fillet on baking sheet and bake for 9-11 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Stove top: heat 1 tablespoon oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place fillet in pan. Cook 7-9 minutes, turning once, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
