Keep frozen. Cooking instructions: Microwave: Remove meal from box. Place meal on microwave safe plate. Meal self vents - do not puncture film. Microwave on high for 6 minutes. Microwave 2 minutes at 50%. Let stand for three minutes, remove film. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove tray from box. Remove film cover. Place tray on a baking sheet on center rack in oven. Bake 35-40 minutes. Carefully remove plate with meal from microwave. Carefully remove film. Do not stir. Serve casserole style.
