Directions for a rich and creamy cocoa drink: Place 4 tbsp (1/4 level cup) of cocoa mix into a cup. Hot Cocoa: Add 7 fl oz of hot water and stir. Iced Cocoa: Add 1/2 cup (4 fl oz) of hot water and stir. Pour over 3/4 cup (3 oz) of ice. Because our cocoa mix contains nonfat dry milk, no additional milk is needed. Chocolate Mocha Frappe: 1/4 cup Cocoa Mix; 1/4 cup prepared coffee; 1/4 cup whole milk; 1cup Ice; 1cup vanilla ice cream; whipped cream (optional); mini chocolate chips (optional). Place cocoa mix, milk and coffee in a blender. Mix for 30 seconds on medium high. Add ice cream and ice. Blend on medium high until all ingredients are totally blended into a smooth frappe. Pour into a 16 oz glass mug and garnish with whipped cream and mini chocolate chips.
