Directions

Annie's way in 10 minutes. 1. Boil: 6 cups water in a medium saucepan. 2. Stir in: pasta, bring to boil. Cook 8-10 minutes, or until done, stirring occasionally. 3. Drain pasta: in colander. While pasta is draining... 4. Add: 1/4 cup lowfat milk to the warm saucepan. (Optional: add 2 tbsp unsalted butter for richer flavor). 5. Sprinkle: cheese over milk; stir to combine. 6. Add: cooked pasta back to saucepan and stir well. Enjoy! Annie's suggestions: for a richer flavor, add 2 tbsp unsalted butter. For a creamy, tangy version, replace milk with 1/2 cup lowfat yogurt. Keep in a cool, dry place. Push tail to open.

Meet Bernie! Bernie was Annie's pet Dutch rabbit. When she started the company, Annie chose him to be our official "Rabbit Of Approval" representing the simplicity, care, and goodness in all of our products. Dear friend, Soon after we met 20 years ago, my husband Rob and I started our small, organic vegetable farm in Northeastern Connecticut. We planted half an acre of asparagus on former pasture land and slowly expanded every year. Today we have approximately eight acres in certified organic vegetable production and 32 acres in hay. We use no chemical fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides, instinctively knowing that the health of the soil and water is a priority. We compost, mulch, hoe, weed, and pick off foraging bugs. From the microorganisms in our soil, to the honey bees and butterflies pollinating, to the purple martins swooping for insects - all contribute to our organic practices.
