Directions

Keep frozen. Needs to be fully cooked. Do not refreeze if thawed. Remove all packaging. Thaw in refrigerator 8 - 10 hours, keep fish covered with plastic wrap to prevent dehydration. Stove top: Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place steak in pan, cook 7-9 minutes, turning once. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Grill: Heat grill to medium heat and remove thawed tuna from packaging. Brush steak with olive oil and season as desired. Place steak on grill. Grill, turning once, 10-12 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Fish will be pink in the center.
