Directions

Pasteurized keep refrigerated. When kept refrigerated at 33 degrees - 40 degrees F. Product has a shelf life as indicated on the package. After opening, use within 7 days. Twisting cap breaks seal. No pull ring. Protein smoothies: 1/3 cup All Whites® 100% Liquid egg whites. 6-8oz. of orange, pineapple or apple juice. Shake or place in blender. For a thicker shake include strawberries, bananas and/or a couple of ice cubes. All Whites 100% Liquid egg whites are delicious scrambled, as an omelet or as a tasty protein fruit drink! They are also great for French toast, quiche, meatloaf, cakes, frostings, cookies, and batters and coatings for baking! For recipe purposes: 3 Tbsp. - Whites of approx. 1 Large egg 1/3 Cup - Whites of approx. 2 Large eggs. 3/4 Cup - Whites of approx. 4 Large eggs. All Whites 100% Liquid egg whites are heated during the pasteurization process and therefore not recommended for meringues or angel food cake. Shake well. Keep refrigerated. Product can be frozen, if unopened. Thaw overnight in refrigerator. For best results, keep refrigerated.
