Hot greener green tea: Place tea bag in a cup of hot (not boiling) water. Steep 4-5 minutes, then remove the tea bag, and enjoy. Iced greener green tea: Brew the tea bags, then add ice. Do not drink mate above 150 degrees fahrenheit. Store in a cool, dry place.
