Simple preparation: Microwave - 90 seconds. 1. Tear pouch 2" to vent. 2. Heat on high 90 seconds (ovens vary). 3. Use 'Grab Here' tabs to remove pouch from microwave. 4. Fluff with fork, serve & enjoy. For family-size meals, microwave 2 bags together for 2 minutes. Stove top - 5 minutes: 1. Boil water in saucepan. 2. Immerse sealed pouch in boiling water for 5 minutes. 3. Tear pouch and serve. Caution, pouch will be hot. Refrigerate unused portion. Do not use conventional or toaster oven. Do not consume if pouch is leaking or swollen.
