Directions

Microwave on regular oven. Keep frozen. Conventional oven - Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove bowl from carton. Remove overwrap and cover bowl with foil. Place bowl on a cookie sheet and bake for 50 minutes or until heated throughout. Microwave oven: Remove bowl from carton. Put a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook for 2 1/2 minutes on high. Remove overwrap and stir. Cook another 1-2 minutes, or until heated throughout. Toaster oven: Remove all packaging. Transfer product to a toaster oven-safe dish. Cook using conventional oven instructions shown above. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide only.

Amy's variation of the traditional recipe lends an intriguing sweet and sour flavor to the organic brown rice, tender vegetables and marinated tofu that make up this great tasting dairy free, gluten free bowl. And while you're preparing Amy's Teriyaki Bowl you might also brew a pot of green tea. Then sit down, relax and enjoy your meal.
