We partnered with award-winning chef Rick Bayless, who shares our passion for Mexican food, culture and beer, to create Tocayo hominy white ale. This traditionally brewed white ale combines sweet orange peel, coriander and hominy for a refreshingly balanced beer with a crisp, clean finish that is perfect for sharing with friends. "Tocayo" is Spanish for namesake. Informally, it means like-minded. Inspired by our shared passion for Mexican food, culture and beer, we found our Tocayo in award-winning chef Rick Bayless. Together we created Tocayo hominy white ale, a traditionally brewed white ale that combines sweet orange peel, coriander and hominy for a refreshingly balanced beer with a crisp, clean finish-perfect for sharing with friends.
