Instant Syrup: Pour 1 cup boiling water over 2 cups sugar. Add 1/2 tsp. Mapleine and stir. Makes 24 cups. Thick Syrup: 2 tbsp. water, 1/4 cup sugar, 1-1/2 cups corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. Mapleine. Boil 2 min. Thickens as it cools. Makes 1 pint.
