You will Need: 1 Package grill mates marinade. 1 to 2 lbs steak, pork chicken, shirmp* or salmon Directions: 1. place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade, reserving 1 to 2 tbsp. For basting, if desired. 2. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade. *Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes. Grilling Tip: Hawaiian Rum Marinade: Mix 1/4 cup dark rum into the marinade. Continue as directed.
