You will Need: 1 Package grill mates marinade; 1 to 2 lbs steak, pork or shrimp*. Directions: 1. Place meat in plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade, reserving 1 to 2 tbsp. for basting, if desired. 2. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3.Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade. * Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes. Carolina brown sugar bourbon Marinade: Stir 2 tso French's yellow mustard into the marinade. Continue as directed. Open here.
