Shake well before opening. Thaw under refrigeration (35 degrees to 44 degrees F) for 24-36 hours. Directions for Use: Use a clean, dry and cool mixing bowl. Whip on medium speed with wire whip attachment until gloss disappears and soft peaks form. For best results, product should be whipped between 40 degrees F to 50 degrees F.
