Directions

Butter crepe with fresh eggs: Cold: at breakfast or teatime, as it is or with butter, paste spread, stewed fruit, jam or honey. Reheat: in a microwave oven: for 10 seconds at 600W. In a frying pan: with a bit of butter, over a slow heat, for 45 to 60 seconds, depending on how crisp you like it. Suggestions: you can garnish as desired with sugar, soft chocolate, ice-cream or fruit salad. You can top with whipped cream, toasted almonds or flame it with a liquor of your choice.
