Safe handling instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen, thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate for other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: It is recommended to thaw product in the refrigerator prior to cooking. Due to variations in appliances. cooking time or temperature may vary from instructions below. (1) Preheat Oven to 425 degree F. (2). Remove meatloaf from plastic film and place in ovenable tray; discard plastic film. Place ovenable tray on sheet pan. (3). (Optional) Add ketchup and spread evenly across the top of the meatloaf. (4). Place tray on sheet pan in the center rack of the oven. (5). If product is thawed: cook for approximately 45-55 minutes or until done (165°F internal temperature taken with a meat thermometer). If product is frozen: cook for approximately 75-85 minutes or until done (165°F internal temperature taken with a meat thermometer). (6). Remove tray and sheet pan from oven and let stand for 10 minutes. Pr. (7). Slice meatloaf and serve. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
