Bake on ungreased or foil-covered rimmed baking sheet until done (minimum internal temperature of 165°F for chicken when tested with meat thermometer, or until tilapia flakes easily with fork). Bone-in chicken: 45 min.; Boneless chicken, tilapia: 20 min. Do not cover or turn meat while baking. More ways to shake it up! Oven-Fried Shrimp. Dip 1 lb. uncooked cleaned (with tails left on) extra-large shrimp in beaten egg, then coat with coating mix as directed on package. Bake in 400 degrees F oven 10 to 12 min. or until shrimp are tender. Serve with warmed orange marmalade. Baked Zucchini Fries. Heat oven to 450 degrees F. Mix 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese with coating mix in shaker bag. Cut 1 large zucchini into 3x1/4-inch matchlike sticks. Toss zucchini with 1 beaten egg, then in coating mixture; spread onto baking sheet. Bake 13 min. or until tender.
