Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Quick & Easy Cooking Methods. Always cook to 165 degrees F well-done. Defrost frozen chubs in refrigerator for approximately 12-16 hours. To Pan Fry: spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Pre-heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey to hot skillet. Stir to crumble, approximately 14-16 minutes. Always cook to well-done, 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer. Keep frozen.
