Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove meal from carton and cut 2 slits in the film cover (one over each compartment of the tray) 3. Place meal one cookie sheet and cook on Middle oven rack for 25 minutes or until 165 degrees F. 4. Remove meal from oven on cookie sheet; let stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing film. Stir rice and beans and enjoy! Please note: The cooking instructions above were developed to produce the best possible product in a conventional oven. However, because ovens vary, cooking times may vary. Do not place under a broiler. Do not set oven temperature above 375 degrees F. Peel back film and stir rice and beans. 4. Replace film and microwave on high power for 2 minutes or until 165 degrees. 5. Remove meal from microwave and let stand for 1 to 3 minutes before serving.
