Directions

No stovetop or broiler use! Care: Wash by hand or in automatic dishwasher. Load items to avoid bumping against other items during cycle. To remove gray or rust marks, clean with non-abrasive cleanser. If scouring is necessary, use only plastic or nylon cleaning pads with non-abrasive cleansers. Do not allow stoneware bakeware to soak/stand in water for an extended period of time. Applied heat after soaking may cause crazing. If your set contains: glass covers with stoneware handles and silicone rim Use: microwave, convection or pre-heated conventional oven, and refrigerator or freezer. Care: allow cover to cool before placing in sink or water. Remove silicone rim for cleaning. Wash by hand or in automatic dishwasher. Avoid abrasive cleaners and scrub pads. Ensure silicone rim is firmly in place prior to use. If your set contains: glass covers with stoneware handles see warnings stated above. Use: microwave, convection or preheated conventional oven, and refrigerator or freezer. Care: allow cover to cool, before placing in sink or water. Wash by hand or in automatic dishwasher. Use only plastic or nylon cleaning pads with non-abrasive cleaners. If your set contains: bamboo tray. Use & care: bamboo tray is not oven safe. Hand wash with hot soapy water. For tougher jobs, sprinkle salt on 1/2 of a lemon and use as a scouring pad. Hand washing recommended. Use food safe mineral oil or wood conditioning oil to seal and preserve the bamboo. For best results, dry standing up overnight. For added traction, place a damp cloth underneath cutting board to avoid slippage on countertops.

Warnings

Failure to follow these instructions may result in personal injury or property damage.
Do not use on stovetop, under a broiler/griller, under a microwave browning element, in a toaster oven, or on or near any other direct heating source such as range heat vents, open flames, etc1.
Avoid sudden temperatures changes. Do not add liquid to a hot stoneware item, place a hot stoneware item on a wet surface, or handle with a wet or cold cloth1. Handle hot stoneware items with a dry cloth or potholder.
Do not use to microwave popcorn or to hold or support popcorn bags, microwave convenience foods with special browning wrappers, etc. some convenience food packaging is designed to heat rapidly in a microwave oven and may cause breakage.
Do not heat an empty vessel in a microwave oven. It may become too hot to handle, crack or break.
Do not heat small amount of food in larger dish in a microwave oven. It may become too hot to handle, crack or break.
Do not use or repair any item that is chipped, cracked, or severely scratched1.
Do not abuse by dropping or hitting against a hard object.
Do not use abrasive cleanser, scouring pads, or any object that will scratch stoneware items.
Place on dry placemat or tablecloth to avoid scratching surfaces. The bottom of stoneware items may be rough.
Do not use any stoneware items mistreated in this manner.
