Directions: 1. Heat griddle to 375 degrees F (medium heat). Lightly grease griddle. Mix and water (or milk/egg. If using). Batter will be thick. 2. Whisk For thinner pancakes, add more water or milk. Do not over-mix. 3. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto griddle. 4. Cook pancakes 1-3/4 - 2 minutes per side, or until golden brown. (Note: Flip only once. Bubbles may not form.) Batter will be slightly lumpy. Pour batter onto lightly greased and preheated waffle iron. Cook waffles until steaming stops or until golden brown. Serve with your favorite fruit and yogurt or whipped cream, if desired. Do not eat raw batter.
