You will need: 2 large, fresh strawberries (1/4 cup; chopped); 1/4 large, frozen ripe banana (1/4 cup; chopped); 1/2 cup ice cubes; Toppings, optional (sliced banana, berries, granola, seeds, coconut flakes, etc.); Equipment: Blender. (A blender with a tamper is useful, but not required). Directions: Makes 1 Serving. 1. Place ice cubes in blender. Use ice crush setting to crush ice into snow-like appearance. 2. Add in açaí bowl mix, frozen banana, and strawberries. 3. Pulse blend using the ICE CRUSH setting until you reach desired texture. Do not over blend. Use small spatula to move ingredients around blender in-between pulse blending. 4. Pour into a bowl and garnish with your favorite toppings. Best enjoyed immediately. Tips: If you don't have frozen bananas, you can use fresh bananas. Texture will be thinner. If acai bowl melts or if you want thicker consistency, place in freezer for 15-30 minutes. Can also be enjoyed by simply combining mix with yogurt or your favorite smoothie.
