Directions

Lighting instructions: Place 2 or 3 criss-crossed Duraflame® Fatwood Sticks on fireplace grate. Place split firewood on top of the Duraflame® Fatwood Sticks, while leaving some room for airflow. Light the ends of the fatwood sticks and replace fireplace screen. Barbecue: place 3 fatwood sticks in between coals criss-crossed in grill. Light the ends of the fatwood sticks.

Warnings

Caution:
Always open fireplace damper before starting a fire, ensure adequate air supply at all times.
Always use a metal, mesh screen in front of your fireplace. Leave glass doors open while burning a fire unless fireplace manufacturers' instructions indicate otherwise.
