Cooking Instructions: For food safety, quality, and thorough cooking, please follow the instructions below. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Product is not ready to eat until fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Microwaving not recommended. Due to differences in appliances, cooking times may vary & require adjustment. Caution: Product will be hot! Conventional Oven: (From Frozen): Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Arrange frozen product flat side down in a single layer on baking sheet and place on middle rack of oven. Brush with melted butter or margarine. Bake for 15 minutes (full box). Turn crab cakes over & press gently to flatten. Bake an additional 10-12 minutes. Conventional Oven: (From Thawed): Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange thawed product flat side down in a single layer on baking sheet and place on middle rack of oven. Brush with melted butter or margarine. Bake for 16-18 minutes (full box). To Thaw: Thaw crab cakes in pouch overnight in the refrigerator. Sauce: Thaw unopened sauce packet in warm water. Discard any leftover sauce. Keep frozen.
