Keep frozen. Heat thoroughly. Cooking instruction: Do not cut, puncture or open micro-steamable rice pouch. Stove top: 1. Remove and set aside sesame seed pouch. Place sauce packet in bowl of hot tap water to thaw until needed. 2. Place rice pouch on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on high 2-3 minutes. Set aside. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large nonstick work or skillet on high for 30 seconds. Carefully add chicken and vegetable mixture; stir fry 7-9 minutes until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Add sauce packet; stir-fry 30-60 seconds until thoroughly heated. 4. Carefully cut open rice pouch, avoiding steam; divide on plates. Top with stir-fry mixture and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
