10 lb - Mix . Water- 4 lb 8 oz. 50 lb - Mix . Water - 22 lb 8oz. Add water to bowl, then add mix. Mix 1/2 minute on low speed. Mix 2 minutes on medium speed. 75 degrees F - batter temperature. 10 minutes - floor time. 375 degrees F - fry temperature. These instructions are intended as a guide and may require changes to fit individual shop conditions. Store in a cool, dry place.
