Directions

Keep frozen. Basic cooking guide: Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place frozen breasts in a lightly oiled baking pan. 3. Bake 25 minutes, turn, and add cooking sauce if desired. 4. Bake 10 to 20 minutes more, until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork and a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 170 degrees F. Skillet: 1. Heat 1 teaspoon vegetable oil per breast in a large skillet on medium-high heat. 2. Add frozen breasts, reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 10 to 12 minutes. 3. Turn chicken, cover partially with lid, and add cooking sauce if desired. Cook for 14 to 20 minutes more, until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork and a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 170 degrees F. Grill: 1. Brush grill rack with vegetable oil. 2. Prepare grill so heat is medium hot*. 3. Place frozen breasts on rack directly over fire; cover and cook for 6 minutes. 4. Turn and cover again. Cook for 6 to 9 minutes more, until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a fork and a meat thermometer inserted in the thickest part reads 170 degrees F. *If using a charcoal grill, test temperature by holding your hand 6 inches above the grill rack. The fire is medium-hot if you can hold your hand there comfortably for 3 to 4 seconds.
