Cut and remove film over chicken; slit film over pudding. Remove sprinkles packet. Cook meal on baking sheet in center of oven 40 to 45 minutes. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Let stand until pudding is cooled. Stir sprinkles into pudding and enjoy!
