Place frozen wings on baking sheet. 3. Heat 18 to 20 minutes. Grill: delicious. 1. Grill frozen wings over medium hot coals for 14 to 18 minutes, turning wings over halfway through heating time. Microwave oven: when you're in a hurry. 1. Place frozen wings on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Heat, uncovered, on high, 4 wings 3 to 4 minutes, 8 wings 4 to 6 minutes, 12 wings 6 to 8 minutes.
